Report Card for America's Infrastructure
From the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), the annual report card consists of short fact sheets and letter grades for America and states in categories ranging from Aviation through Schools, Transit, and Wastewater. The site gives assessment methodology, statistics, and policy options and covers legislation, hearings, and testimony.

ASCE's Civil Engineering Database: Provides access to over 95,000 bibliographic and abstracted records. Site covers ASCE documents published since 1974 and provides access to all the ASCE journals, conference proceedings, books, standards, manuals, magazines, and newsletter.
